Progress has been often associated to breaking rules. More often than not, there were not even rules to break, because there were no rules in that area. In this talk, the speaker will share her experience at the University of Sheffield as ethical lead in the Department of Computer Science.  A special focus will be put in the challenges faced by researchers in social media and healthcare. Practical examples will be provided to test the audience.
