Resumen

The number of donors these days is very small and exist different biological procedures to face this situation: cell cultures, decellularization, and bioreactors that play an extremely important role since they help the required processes to be carried out in a more optimized and fast way. Bioreactor systems also take part in tissue engineering, due to they allow us to make reproducible and supervised changes in particular environmental factors. The aim of this work is to make the cell proliferation process more efficient with the alternative of using a bioreactor in which we can display fluid simulations to analyze it. A radial flow hydraulic circuit was designed and simulated in SOLIDWORKS by solving the Navier-Stokes equations to have a non-turbulent laminar behavior and stimulate cell detachment without damaging the cells. The design was printed with additive printing techniques using a photosensitive resin which are reveal in this work.
